As a Mining Engineer, there are main points that must be understood related to geological characteristics and natural resources, mechanical earth moving technology, mining plan technology, and knowing the economics and valuation of the project. I joined the IIR during the pandemic Covid-19 so I haven't had the opportunity to interact with all employees. But with some of these people I feel warm and the work environment is also healthy. The top leaders here are also kind and care with employees. Working at home or in the office still does not feel pressure because the atmosphere is quite friendly. In addition, here I also feel work-life balance. Any difficulties can be communicated with superiors.
